Pet-Friendly Living in Centennial Hills
Avanti is an amazing home for pets. We’re happy to welcome your cats and dogs to our Centennials Hills apartments with a maximum of two pets per home and no weight restrictions. There is a non-refundable Pet fee of $400 per pet. The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Please contact our friendly leasing team for more information. Breed restrictions apply.
