Pet-Friendly Las Vegas Apartments at Avanti
Avanti welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home, with no weight limit on either cats or dogs. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet applies. There is no separate pet deposit. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
